We will be reaching out to you via email once we have received your order to request photos for your design. You can also reach out to us preemptively to discuss your design via email or through our contact us page.
We'll give you some tips and tricks on the best photos to use based on your chosen design.

Cartoonize Your Photo?
When you order a design that features a photo of your pup you will be asked whether you want to cartoonize the photo or not in your customization. Background can still be removed even if we do not cartoonize the image. We're happy to print it either way for you!

Are Tail-Wagging Happy
Once prepared, we will send you a mock up of your photo on the design. If you do not like how the photo works with the design, we can change it! We will not process the order until you confirm the proof.
Please Note: These Designs Take More Time
When we are using your photo, we want to give it the "pupmost" care. Additionally processing time be needed as our posted 3-5 business days does not include design proofing and photo collection. Have a quick turnaround - contact us to see if we can expedite!
