If your design contains a photo we will ask you to confirm your proof. The proof will be sent to you via email within 24 hours. We ask that you confirm as quickly as possible - we will not begin production on photo based designs without confirmation.
For designs that do not involve a photo, we will go ahead and process without sending you a proof. If you'd like a proof of your design, simply contact us when you place your order at needypittie@gmail.com or add a comment to your order. We're happy to send a proof!
Production takes between 3-5 business days once your design is finalized. From there, we will ship your design and it will arrive within 2-3 business days.
