If your design contains a photo we will ask you to confirm your proof. The proof will be sent to you via email within 24 hours. We ask that you confirm as quickly as possible - we will not begin production on photo based designs without confirmation.

For designs that do not involve a photo, we will go ahead and process without sending you a proof. If you'd like a proof of your design, simply contact us when you place your order at needypittie@gmail.com or add a comment to your order. We're happy to send a proof!

Production takes between 3-5 business days once your design is finalized. From there, we will ship your design and it will arrive within 3-5 business days.

We guarantee the quality of our items with our Pittie Smile Guarantee. If something is wrong with your order when it arrives, please let us know so that we can make it right.

Since all of our products are customized and made to order, we only accept refunds on quality related issues.
